We are a private billing practice, and we want to be transparent with our fees, so we’ve listed them below. Other fees may apply, depending on the nature of your consultation with your doctor. If you are unclear, please speak to our friendly team for more information.
Please note:
Failure to attend an appointment, or to give at least 1 hours notice of cancellation, will attract a fee of $99 per 15 minutes of time booked. This fee must be paid before further consultations are booked.
Extended hours (before 8am, after 6pm), Weekend and Public Holiday appointments will attract a 50% uplift in fees.
Additional fees may apply for dressings, equipment or procedures (e.g. ECG, Pregnancy Testing) which may be required by your doctor.
While we offer appointments of various lengths, if you require longer than the time booked we will charge for the time used, for example if you book a 15 minute appointment but take 22 minutes, you will be charged for a long appointment instead.
Please note, none of our doctors will prescribe Schedule 8, Opiate or Benzodiazepine medications to patients they haven't personally cared for in the past.
Unfortunately given the lack of government funding uplifts, we are unable to routinely bulk bill patients, either Medicare or DVA.
Only Medicare card holders will qualify for rebates as listed, and DVA rebates may be higher.
