Dr Adele Austin

Dr Adele Austin is a GP who is born and bred in Perth, graduating from the University of Notre Dame in 2011. She has worked in multiple hospitals around Perth, and also provides part- time medical services to the Defence Force.

Dr Austin loves being a family doctor and considers it a privilege to have looked after multiple generations and branches of a family. She trained and worked in a number of countries as a nurse prior to coming to medicine.

She has a special interest in the following areas:

- peri-natal health

- children and women’s health

- chronic disease management

- simple procedural medicine including insertion, removal and replacement of Implanon and IUD, simple skin excisions, and wedge resection of ingrown toenails

Outside of medicine Adele loves hanging out with her children, enjoying the outdoors, and travelling and exploring this beautiful country of ours.
